چکیده

We developed a silicon (Si) dielectric diplexer module for 600-GHz-band frequency-division multiplexing wireless communication. This was based on Si waveguide technology, which provides low-loss transmission characteristics compared with the conventional metallic terahertz-transmission platform, such as hollow waveguides. It includes straight waveguides an effective medium composed of and air, coupler comprising two adjacent unclad Furthermore, communication system integration, we practical low-insertion loss WR1.5 input–output interfaces modularized diplexer. performed measurement experiments fabricated achieved 3-dB bandwidths 101 37 GHz, crosstalk $-$ 34 dB at 680 GHz 41 618 in cross bar directions, respectively. Finally, two-channel experiment using 600-GHz band. error-free 10 6 Gbit/s channels, In addition, data rate up to 12.5 forward error correction limits both channels.

Transmission of data with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technique for communication networks using GHz frequency band soliton carrier

Microring resonators (MRRs) can be used to generate optical millimetre-wave solitons with a broadband frequency of 40–60 GHz. Non-linear light behaviours within MRRs, such as chaotic signals, can be used to generate logic codes (digital codes). The soliton signals can be multiplexed and modulated with the logic codes using an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technique to transm...

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing for Wireless Communications

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a promising technique for high-data-rate wireless communications because it can combat inter-symbol interference (ISI) caused by the dispersive fading of wireless channels. The proposed research focuses on techniques that improve the performance of OFDM based wireless communications and its commercial and military applications. In particular,...

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Timing Synchronization in Multi-Band Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Ultra-Wideband Systems

Problem statement: MB-OFDM UWB systems have attractive features and received a great attention. It has the capability of sending/receiving data at rates in access of 100 Mbits sec. Owing to the sensitivity of OFDM systems to synchronization errors, a fast synchronization algorithm is required to discern for the start of OFDM symbol. Existing approaches to OFDM time synchronization rely on their...
